Good point. German translation is already "Hintergrund". Perhaps it's similar
in other languages and there won't be much change
"Layout" instead of "Page" is also fine for me; I won't name it "Page Layout",
because - to be consistent - it should also be "Page Transparency", "Page
background", ... which is redundant, if the dialog is named "Page Style"
