side-by-side of fuzzy thumbnail views with Skia rendering compared to default

Confirmed, on Windows 10 (1909) with Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU
Version: 7.0.0.0.beta2 (x64)

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
Compared to GDI default rendering, with or without Hardware acceleration, but
*only* the MIME icon stamped and the the Thumbnail views themselves are
affected--fuzzy with Skia rendering (Vulkan or raster). The module icons of the
sidebar are being rendered cleanly.
StartCenter clips attached, fuzzy thumbnail views and MIME icons on left, crisp
default GDI rendering on right.
