Description:
Hi,I want to suggest a new feature for snapping like it does in Google Slides
and PowerPoint. I refer this link (https://bit.ly/2ZmKrqP) for more info on it.
It is actually auto snap feature that shows dotted line when you're at the
centre of slide or below any object to place the object aligned relatively to
other.
Steps to Reproduce:

It should happen as it does in Google Slides or PowerPoint.com

Same as actual results

User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
