I'm also able to replicate this issue.
Using the Libre Office document "GS60-GettingStartedLO.odt" from:
https://documentation.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/Documentation/en/GS6.0/GS60-GettingStartedLO.odt
Saving the document without a password works as expected.
Saving the document with a password fails with the error shown in the
attachment.
