File where the column position is good.

windows 7 64 bits
Reproduce by file:
1) In file "Issue slow" make conditonal formating (menu-conditional
formatting-condition-add
2) change condition 1 and choose {formula} {profiel="B"}
3) by formatting choose choose {Licht blauw}
4) by {Range} choose by selection icoon $G$11:$I$134
5) conditonal is working oke and save and close LO
6) when i open the file again the columns richt from the conditional formatting
is change to left (zie also in file "Issue slow 22-12-12")!!!
