If I understand correctly, the part about the migration dialog is fully solved.
So is it fair to say that the only way to visually notice this bug (beyond
perhaps a bit of time lag) is to have multiple password protected databases
registered - and thus be prompted to open them all when inserting a field?
As a basic user with only one extra HSQLDB registered, I didn't notice any
problems in LO 7.1+
