Description:
Writer comment boxes in table a repainted on every key press
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Go in the table. Start typing/pressing enter (and backspace).. notice a
blinking comment box..
The blinking is bit depended on back-end. Hits you straight in the face on
MacOS. It's rather OK with Skia/GDI
However wasting precious CPU time.. and increase the number of comment to 300
and it will become slow
Actual Results:
Repaints of the comment box while being inside a table
Expected Results:
Excessive, so not needed
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
