Hi,
When creating a new doc with right click in a folder or on the desktop or
elsewhere, default language is always English (USA), even if other language
parameters are in the right language (for me French for example).
It's possible to correct that by editing files in ...\program
Files\share\template\shellex and save them with correct language.
But it would be great if it could be done at software installation.

1.Right click to create neww doc
2.See at bottom the language after opening
Actual Results:
Wring language created doc
Expected Results:
Right language created doc
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Create the soffice.xxx files with the correct system language at installation.
