Description:
Currently the possibility of creating covers is limited to only two styles. The
idea is that any style can be used (especially custom styles).
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Clic Menu Format
2. Title Page
3. Style Page -> Style combobox
Actual Results:
Can select only First Page or Default Page Style
Expected Results:
Extend the number of page styles to custom styles or don't limit. Maybe be able
to use the first page as a cover (regardless of style)
