Description:
There is no way to automatically set new comments in cells to "Fit Text to
Width".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click cell
2. Click "Insert Comment"
3. Write any comment
Actual Results:
The width of the comment box does no fit the text.
Expected Results:
For larger spreadsheets where I have to enter in many dozens of comments, it
would be helpful to have comments automatically set to "Fit Text to Width".
For each comment, I have to right-click, select "Text", and mark each
individual comment to "Fit Text to Width".
