Steps to reproduce:
1. .... update 3.4 to 3.6.4.3 >> install latest ExtensionPack
2. .... Start LibreOffice >> ExtensionManager shows message about available
updates
3. .... Updating Extensions results in Error-message
>>"http://ooop.sourceforge.net/update/extensions.xml does not exist"
