It is important that the file provided with the report is created in
Libreoffice 6.4.x, therefore wrong behavior in earlier Libreoffice versions may
be result of a regression in the most recent versions. I use Charts intensively
and this problem appeared to me only in Libreoffice 6.4.x, not earlier.
