This will work if the "Format quoted field as text" is unchecked at import.
However if file is imported with that field checked, using Data->Text to
Columns dialogue does not allow converting column to numbers. If imported as
numbers, then changing to "Text" in Data->Text to Columns works. However it is
then not possible to change back to numbers. Only option is to close document
and re-import again.
If this is "working as intended" then suggest dialogue is changed to reflect
the fact it cannot change columns containing numbers into actual numbers.
