6.0.7 is quite an old LO version.
6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 branches are EOL.
Please give a try to a recent LO version, 6.4.5 is last one but 6.4.4 can be
found here:
https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
Also, you can upgrade to new Ubuntu LTS 20.04
