.svg image to reproduce the problem

Steps to reproduce:
- open writer
- insert the attached .svg file
- observe the word "PRÉCESSION"
=> there is the space before and after the "É"
Such spaces are not present when opening the file with, e.g. eog.
The svg has been produced by LibreOffice Draw.
