Reimplemented.
Now found on the Format -> 'Page Style...' dialog's "Page" tab.
Available from context menu, or Standard toolbar. Common page layout controls
are also present on the Sidebar 'Page' deck.
If there is a specific work flow you can no longer perform, let us know here or
via the ask.libreoffice.org
