I can confirm this annoying bug. Some note:
1) appeared after upgrading from 6.3.6 to 6.4.5, Win64
2) apply to (some) existent document (ODT, DOC or DOCX seems does not bother),
new document don't have this bug.
Attached a BAD document.
Bug seems fully reproducible, eg i can open the BAT.doc document attached with
an older version of LO, and the TAB bug does not appear.
