I confirmed this issue too.
When I try to install the 'LibreOffice_7.0.0.1_MacOS_x86-64_langpack_ja.dmg'
the installer show following message.
'これは、LibreOffice 7.0 の有効なインストールではありません。
もう一度インストーラーを実行し、有効な LibreOffice 7.0 インストールを選択してください'
(This is not a valid installation of LibreOffice 7.0.
Run the installer again and select a valid LibreOffice 7.0 installation.)
