Description:
FILEOPEN RTF: Time opening RTF with a very large page splitting table increased
with around 30 seconds (since 5.3 with NEW layout engine)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file and wait until CPU usage drops back to /- 0%
Actual Results:
23 seconds with 4.4.7.2 (it still processing a while after opening, slower
timers. but I would expect it to be around 30 seconds; not 40
40 seconds with 5.3 old layout engine
65 seconds with 7.1
Expected Results:
30-35 seconds maybe?
Reproducible: Always
