Track changes is losing changes when cut/pasting a frame with changes made

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 163426
2. Edit -Track changes -> Record
3. Type something in the frame
4. Cut the frame/paste
Actual Results:
Track & changes gone
Expected Results:
Not an expert on track & changes.. so what is registered or not.. but looks of
to me
