What jhmnieuwenhuis reported is NotABug per bug 49076.
There's valuable info there that bullets are copied from full paragraph and not
from part. That should be in Help.
What Carl reported was reproduced in LO 5.4 but not with current LO, I see
already in 6.0. So I set WFM, so that maybe rebisect reveals where it was
fixed.
