            Bug ID: 135288
Summary: Bullets disappeared in old presentations
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.4.4.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I have on my disk quite a lot of old presentations from earlier versions of
OpenOffice and even StarOffice (.sxi format). They were created with various
versions of OpenOffice/StarOffice, some on Linux, some on Windows, some by me,
some by other persons. They all opened correctly in OpenOffice 3.2.0 on my old
computer with Ubuntu 10.04.
However, when viewed with recent LibreOffice (6.4.4.2) on Ubuntu 20.04, there
are no bullets in those presentations that were visible in the old OpenOffice.
Instead of bulleted list, there are just paragraphs of text one under the
other, usually with first line of the paragraph being "outdented".
This is an example how a slide looks in the old OpenOffice (correct):

This is an example how the same slide looks in the current LibreOffice
(incorrect): https://ask.libreoffice.org/upfiles/15943240062417456.png

When I switch to Template view in Impress, I can see the bullets on the slide
template, but they aren't displayed on the actual slides.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one of the following sample presentations:
http://rafa.eu.org/share/lo_issue/prezentacja.sxi or
http://rafa.eu.org/share/lo_issue/lomza.odp

Actual Results:
There are no bullets anywhere in the presentation.

Expected Results:
There should be bullets - the following exported PDFs show how the
presentations should look like:
http://rafa.eu.org/share/lo_issue/prezentacja.pdf and
http://rafa.eu.org/share/lo_issue/lomza.pdf

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
If there is a simple method (and preferrably, scriptable) to modify the old
files so that they look correctly in the recent LO, I would also gladly accept
this as a workaround.
