This problem is solved for me: I rewrote the Wizard service as an interface:

I even corrected the bugs 132661 and 132666.
On the other hand, I am surprised at your ineffectiveness in resolving a
regression that appeared with version 6.4.x and which will surely still be
present with version 7.x
