In order to reproduce the bug:
[1] In your browser go to http://meinnvda.de/?lang=en
[2] Click “Start NVDA now”. Save mynvda.exe on your system and start it. The
screen reader is now activated.
[3] Start LibreOffice and create a new text document.
[4] Insert a few words.
[5] Perform Word Count from the menu: Tools > Word Count … LibreOffice crashes.
The recovery dialogue is displayed.

The bug occured first in version 6.2.0 release. It still exists in version
6.4.5.
