Since we have some bug reports about apply button in a specific dialog (see
Depends on), I propose to change bug 37336 into a meta bug (see also comment 19
from Heiko).
A further question is, if this met bug should only include requests for a new
apply button ina dialog or should it collect all bug reports regarding to apply
button (see examples in See also list).
