It is called "LibreOffice.app" (as always).
BTW, I also tried giving both LibreOffice and the LibreOffice Language
installer app full disk access rights in macos 10.15.6 - unfortunately, this
did not help (at least we can rule this out).
I also tried and set full read and write access rights for all users to the
LibreOffice.app before installing the language pack - again, no success.
