Via the following steps in Tools -> Options...:
- First under LibreOffice -> Advanced, check Enable experimental features (may
be unstable),
- After a restart, under LibreOffice Calc -> Defaults, check Enable very large
spreadsheets (16m rows, 16384 cols).
