Thanks for reporting and testing. Any change to share a Word document with this
behaviour, it's likely related to the content. Also need to know if this is
about DOC or DOCX
If the file contains sensitive which can't be shared in public, this might be
an option

Alternative: sending the document over mail to a certain QA member; not me, but
