Description:
UI: Settings for 'Printer" or 'Print to file" should be drop down box (or
something else) instead of radio button
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Options -> Print
Actual Results:
You can set settings for "Print" and "Print to file" separately in the same
dialog by picking the 'item by radio button'
Expected Results:
Radio button looks are normal setting; not a switch between to set settings for
to different types of 'print'
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
