Otherwise I think this is for some people a handy feature (because they don't
know how to use the left pane of the 'border' tab. If you aren't aware of the
presence of the 5 'Default Line Arrangements', this could be a easy
'workaround' for them.

This is not an easy 'discussion'.

I'll rest this bug status to 'unconfirmed', so another QA (quality assurance)
worker can look at it. Otherwise I'll lower the priority to 'trivial', 'low'
because of the flowchart

Currently there are more important bugs to crunch at this moment (= prepare to
release LO 4.0 in February).
