Description:
There is no "Allow hanging punctuation" option in general, only in Asian
Typography.
It would be great if we could use this feature at any language.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Format->Paragraph -> "Indents & Spacing" tab
2. "Asian typography" tab
Actual Results:
There was no "Allow hanging punctuation" option at step 1., only at step 2.
Expected Results:
The software should do the same because this isn't a bug really, it is a
missing feature

I really miss this feature. It would be great to have that in general.
