Disagree. Yes, the image might 'move' little up, but if you drag the anchor,
the whole image moves to the top of the page
1. Open the attached file
2. Right click the image -> Change anchor to character
3. Drag the anchor up to the first paragraph (as in screencast)
4. Undo everything CTRL+Z
5. Repeat 1-2 -> This is how it should work
