The issue then is with JDK14.
I can confirm this by loading an embedded hsqldb ODB file.
When I click on the Tables icon of the main Base window, I get an error message
about a missing JRE, despite LO recognizing JDK14.
If I close the file, set the Java JDK to JDK12, then restart LO, and reload the
ODB file, I no longer get an error message.
