issue and solution confirmed, without this option an empty result of a string
operation in B2 produces #VALUE! in B3, with the option checked the result is
'0',
as well in 6.1.6.3 (winx64) as in actual 7.1.0.0 dev (winx64),
thus 'notabug'
the option is in [tools - options - libreoffice calc - formula - detailed
calculation settings - **custom (conversion of text to numbers and more):
details** - treat empty string as zero]
