Wouldn't be a huge surprise. LO has struggled for a long time with the
accessibility features of macOS, crashes and hangs being fairly frequent, as
the LO code does not generally keep pace with the macOS accessibility API.
I'm currently not in a position to test this though to confirm/deny.
