FILESAVE DOCX: Frame ends up in footer
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Scroll to page 10 -> notice a frame
3. File Save AS DOCX
4. File reload -> scroll to page 10 (or around the area). Footer with red
arrow.. containing the frame text

Frame text in footer
