Tested in Version 7.
You can now complete the salutation or click 'Finish' to complete the mail
merge wizard without a salutation.
However, if Mail Merge Email settings have not been entered in the application
options, clicking 'Finish' does not work. The window is closed, no emails are
sent and no error message is presented.
An error message should come up letting the user know that they have to enter
Mail Merge Email settings to use the mail merge wizard if they select 'Email
message' on the Select Document Type page of the wizard.
