Frame content invisible for a while when dragged to a new page
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the frame
3. Drag the frame to page 2 -> Empty frame. Pick the frame up a few times and
move it around.. text will become visible
Actual Results:
Text invisible for a while
Expected Results:
No white frame
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

on that
