Undo doesn't undo they whole frame movement
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the frame in table
3. Click the anchor and drag it somewhere outside the table
4. Press Undo -> notice a framing still being around
Actual Results:
Frame is split up in 2
Expected Results:
Everything should be undone
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Found in 7.1
6.4 and older have another problem, framing not moving out of the table. So
missing peace in the implementation
