          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 58889
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: EDITING: Usability Problem - Inputting Data
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 3.5.7.2 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:

When altering single fields in multiple copies of the same line item the
process can be speeded up .

Steps to reproduce:
1. construct a typical line item spreadsheet ,
2. within the line item area create a line item - a regular purchase - eg.
lunch or dinner .
3. make 20 copies of that line item - inserting them - eg. between line items
above and below .
4. alter a single field - eg. the date .

Current behavior:

Each time the next date is selected - by moving the cursor down to the next
line - the mouse must also be moved to the data entry area to alter the date to
the new date .

Expected behavior:

The down line cursor key should just do that - the cursor for the data entry
should remain in the data entry area - no mouse movement should be needed .

Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 3.5.7.2 release
