How do you expect the bug fixed without example to investigate?
You can attach an example file by using

Of course, the document must be sanitized (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/Sanitizing_Files_Before_Submission)
since all files are automatically made public in Bugzilla.
