Page style isn't applied after setting it in the the flow tab
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 164159 (bug 135636)
2. Hoover over the blue page break, until the button fades in
3. Select edit page break
4. Text flow tab -
5. With page style is set to Default style. Change it to landscape & press OK
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Should work
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
