Footer border setting in the dialog isn't executed
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162564
2. Format -> Page Style -> Footer -> Press More button
3. Enable the border present (or enable borders). Set the line width bit fatter
if needed & press OK
4. Press OK again
