UI: Interactive Frame has no border line settings in the sidebar (nor position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert Frame -> Frame Interactivily
2. Look at the content of the sidebar & compare with a textbox
Actual Results:
Limited functionality
Expected Results:
Textbox frame.. all the same
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
