Text outside shape when moving shape with arrow key if anchored to character
and exported to docx
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as docx
3. File reload
4. Select the frame. for wrap issue see bug 136059
5. Press arrow up
Actual Results:
text frame and shape don't align
Expected Results:
Should be so
