Make the yellow Missing Hyphenation data more helpful
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the example file without dictionary for Hungarian installed
2. You get a nice yellow info toolbar
And note: I personally find the distinction Hyphenation <-> Dictionary slightly
confusing. Dictionary includes Hyphenation; right?Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+
