Sorry, opening again. My previous comment is inaccurate.
The issue is with an external display plugged in. Using the SVG icons does not
make a difference in that case: it is still blurry.
Issue still present with:
Version: 7.0.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: 8061b3e9204bef6b321a21033174034a5e2ea88e
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-AU (en_AU); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
Both displays are at 100% scale, and all icons appear blurry regardless of
which display the window is in.
