As of August 2020 this is still unresolved and unallocated.
If you want LibreOffice to be considered a serious application then this very
basic problem must be solved. I am using V6.4.6.2 (x64). This has been a
problem with EVERY 6.* release. I tried to test it with the V7 beta but this
crashed 10 times in 5 minutes just trying to change the size of a form.
