Description:
after following steps, view was rotated.
detail is screencast (attachment)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open writer
2. open sidebar and page > format
3. set width and height (i.e width=15cm, height=10cm)
--> transfer "Size" value to "User". view applied to setting size
4. open Size dropdown menu and select to "User"
--> rotate view
5. repeat step4 -> rotate view
Actual Results:
rotate view
Expected Results:
not rotate view
Reproducible: Always
