The icons in the toolbar are blurred and fragmented, hardly recognizable. See
attached screenshot.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. Open any component (Calc, Writer, etc.)
3. Look at toolbars
Actual Results:
I saw the scattered icons
Expected Results:
Draw normal icons
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
